1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and odibets ("odibets", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at odibets.pro and its related mobile-optimised interfaces.

By completing the registration process on the odibets platform, clicking to accept these Terms during sign-up, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the odibets platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the odibets brand, including but not limited to the odibets sportsbook, live casino, slot games, bingo rooms, jackpot games, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The odibets platform is intended exclusively for use by eligible persons who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of placing any bet or accessing any casino game;
• You are not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of odibets, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

odibets reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include any valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or SSS/GSIS ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by odibets will result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the odibets platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active odibets account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds in the duplicate accounts. This includes accounts opened using the details of family members living at the same address.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. odibets is not responsible for losses arising from outdated account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your odibets login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any action taken on the odibets platform using your login credentials will be treated as your action, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify odibets immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

odibets operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines. You consent to odibets collecting, processing, and verifying your personal and financial information as part of the KYC process. Full withdrawal privileges may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the odibets platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

odibets accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be displayed in your account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. odibets does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally reflected in your odibets balance instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your odibets account. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. odibets reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

odibets is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. odibets may delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are connected to unlawful activity. Suspicious transaction reports may be filed with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the odibets platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately in the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted subject to available balance in your odibets account at the time the bet is placed. Bets placed on credit are not permitted.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by odibets, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where odibets specifically offers a cash-out feature for that market.
• odibets reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, PAGCOR-certified RNG results) shall be final and binding.
• odibets reserves the right to impose bet limits on any market or any individual account at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• Winnings from sports bets and casino games will be credited to your odibets account balance upon settlement. Settlement times vary by event and game type.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated winnings, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

odibets offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other player.
• odibets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Multiple account holders, players using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or players engaging in bonus abuse (including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk bonus exploitation, or coordinated play with another account) will have their bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.
• Promotional offers may be targeted at specific player segments. The receipt of a promotional offer does not create an obligation on odibets to offer the same promotion to all players.
• Any free bet credited to your account will expire as specified in the promotion terms. Expired free bets cannot be reinstated.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the odibets platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

1. Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes;
2. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the odibets platform software or systems;
3. Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity;
4. Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location;
5. Sharing your account with another person, or operating an account on behalf of another person;
6. Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorised payment method use, or collusion with other players;
7. Exploiting any technical error, bug, or loophole in the odibets platform to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error are void and will be reclaimed;
8. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing odibets staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the odibets platform — including but not limited to the odibets brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game assets, text, software code, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of odibets or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the odibets platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the odibets platform; use any odibets branding or trademarks without express written consent; or scrape, index, or systematically extract odds data or other content from the platform.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

odibets collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an odibets account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

odibets complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, personalisation of your odibets experience, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via your account settings.

10 Responsible Gaming

odibets is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all odibets account holders:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, odibets's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your odibets account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

odibets shall not be liable for any of the following, even if odibets has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond odibets's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Loss arising from incorrect odds or results data provided by third-party data feeds, where odibets has acted in good faith;
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits odibets's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by odibets's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

odibets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction related to your account;
• Your account is identified as a duplicate of an existing account;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Your voluntary request to close your account or activate self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds shall be forfeited. Real money balances (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any pending investigation, subject to applicable legal obligations.

You may close your odibets account at any time by submitting a request via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, players regulated under PAGCOR oversight may refer their complaint to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism. odibets will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

For disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

odibets reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, odibets will notify registered players via the email address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice upon login to your odibets account, with at least seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the odibets platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 of these Terms.
